What I actually do
I specialize in one thing: running YouTube channels so they actually pay you back.
That happens in two ways:
Strategy only – consults, audits, and Strategy Sprints where I act as your fractional YouTube strategist
while you handle production.
Strategy + production – done-for-you packages where we own the plan, the edit, the packaging, and
ongoing experiments so you can just show up and record.
In both cases, everything is built around your offers, your constraints, and the numbers that matter: CTR,
retention, watch time, and revenue — not just upload counts.
Who I Work With
Creators and coaches who sell programs, coaching, or courses
Expert-led brands that use YouTube to drive leads and sales

You don’t need a huge channel to get value here. If you’re serious about YouTube — whether you have 25 subscribers or 250,000 — and you’re willing to take action between calls, we can do useful work together.
Retainers are best for channels ready to commit 3-6+ months.
One-off calls and audits are open to anyone who wants clarity, direction, and honest feedback.
