Client & Context
Gold and Coin Exchange is a collectibles and coin business already selling live on Whatnot and eBay Live. They had no YouTube presence and wanted a channel that could grow awareness, build trust, and push more traffic into live sales.
The problem
Livestreams worked, but discovery and trust were capped:
No central channel or library of content between shows
No evergreen videos bringing in new collectors 24/7
No one to own strategy, filming, editing, and uploads end to end
What I did
Launched the channel from scratch (branding, about, playlists, structure)
Planned content around livestreams and buyer questions
Filmed on site and handled all editing and post-production
Created strong titles, thumbnails, and descriptions for every upload
Managed uploads, scheduling, playlists, and basic community moderation
Used analytics (CTR, retention, watch time) to refine topics, hooks, and packaging
How we worked together
This was a part-time, fully done-for-you engagement:
I owned strategy, filming, editing, uploads, and optimization
They focused on buying inventory, selling, and showing up on camera
In terms of my current offers, this maps to Core / Growth Strategy + Production + local on-site support
Key takeaway
You don’t need a full in-house media team to turn YouTube into a real revenue driver. With the right strategy and a one-person partner handling strategy, filming, editing, and channel management, a brand-new channel can fuel six figures in livestream sales in its first year.
